Check-in / Check-out

Check-in 15:00–17:00. If arriving after 17:00, please notify us by phone or LINE in advance. We will arrange your welcome; latest arrival 22:00. Check-out by 11:00. Hot spring pool hours: 07:00–11:00 and 15:00–00:00. Please do not fill or drain the pool outside these hours to avoid disturbing neighbouring guests.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations 14+ days before arrival. Within 14 days, proportional refund.

Pet Policy

Pets welcome in Meadow Quad A2/A3/A5 only. NT$3,000 deposit; returned after checkout inspection.

Leash required outdoors; please clean up after your pet — violations incur deposit deduction. In the lobby, use a carrier or keep your pet on leash (well-trained quiet pets may be exempt). We have a gentle senior dog on-site. We want every pet guest to leave with a wonderful memory. Confirm pet policy via LINE @a0905656938 before booking.

Parking

Free parking provided. Drive all the way to the end of the entrance road — park next to the old parked car you'll see. That is our dedicated parking area. Single entry/exit for added security.

National Tourism Card

We accept the National Tourism Card. To use it, please contact us via LINE @a0905656938 for a tailored booking arrangement.

Extra Bed Policy

Extra beds include bedding and breakfast. 90cm+ is counted as adult. Child NT$800, adult NT$1,000. Max extra beds: see room details. Miker rooms: guests 12 and above only.

Housekeeping

We do not provide daily housekeeping. For stays of 3+ nights, one room clean is arranged. For towel or amenity replacement (2+ night stays), please let us know during staff hours (11:00–15:00) and we will refresh them promptly.

BBQ Area

The outdoor BBQ area requires advance booking and a NT$3,000 deposit, refunded after restore-to-original inspection at checkout. For charcoal grilling, please use eco-charcoal from Hengchun Agricultural Association. Bring your own utensils — single-use utensils are strictly prohibited at this venue (protecting our environment). Electric cooking equipment also requires booking and deposit.
